Note Privacy

Note Privacy is used to control which users have access to view each specific note.

Select the appropriate Privacy option from the drop down list.

Open:

Available to: chapter admin users, assigned family coaches and assigned volunteers.

Private:

Available to: chapter admin users and assigned family coaches only. Not available to volunteers unless they authored the note.

Management:

Available to: super admin users (Aarika Yarger, Carlos Sanchez, and Stuart Main), chapter admin users, and the Family Coach Supervisor allocated to the family at the time the note was added. Not available to volunteers unless they authored the note.

What do Volunteers see?

Volunteers who have been Matched, or Linked to a family will be able to view Open notes against the family's record until their support is either Completed or closed.

Open notes entered by a volunteer will only be visible to other volunteers once each individual note has been marked as Authorised.
