1st check the Volunteer profile and Member details to make sure the text and emails are on.
Then check the Phone number and make sure it is set to Mobile and has a check next to it for preferred number.
1. Go to admin view all users.
2. search for user.
3. Go to contact details.
4. Then hit edit to change the number
Then select Mobile and hit save.
Also the check mark is for preferred number and need to be set for the main cell number.
