Local Chapters can submit referrals online through our e-referral form, with details being uploaded directly into the database.
The online form will walk the referrer through the process, ensuring that all required information is entered before the referral can be submitted. See Adding e-Referrals for more information.
Once submitted; a new family record will be created for the, with a PDF version of the referral form automatically uploaded against the family documents.
To accept or decline the referral go to Referrals / e-Referrals to assign click on the family name
Click on View Referral
To accept the referral, select from the dropdown the forms to be sent.
To decline the referral complete the Reason for declining and Decline Initial referral
Email notifications will be sent acknowledging the receipt of any new e-referrals.
