Planning & Review - Arranging an Initial Visit

Select Planning & Review from the left-hand menu against family record.

The Planning & Review section tracks the key stages of a referral.

Adding an Initial Visit:

To add an initial visit, select the date the visit is taking place, the person doing the visit and press Add Visit.

This will add a record of the planned visit.
