'Merging' an Agency

An agency 'merge' will actually move all referrals, contacts and notes associated with the agency to the chosen target agency.

Any address details on the starting agency will be deleted so you should merge to the one you want to keep.

Click the blue merge button to start the process:

From the pop up, select the target agency to move the referrals, contacts and notes to.  Then press the 'Merge Now' button and the merge will run immediately. 

Following the merge you'll be placed on the page of the agency where you'll see the combined details.
