How to use the Daily Reporting Tool (DRT)

After login into the DRT there are 4 areas one must familiarize with

• Region and Area Filter 
  • 
  • This filter contains 2 dropdowns, one for Region (state) and the second for Area (SF chapter)
  • NOTE: If you are drilling down to the chapter level just use the second filter "All" and use one filter at a time to avoid overlapping queries

• Date range filter
  • 
  • The DRT contains all the data currently on the CMS the filter is simple and it takes 2 parameters From and To. enter the dates for the period you wish to review and click on Filter Results

• Right Side Menu
  • This menu contains all the aggregations available for review. 
  • NOTE: The filter selection above will be remembered across all aggregations 
    •

• Display Area
  • This is where all data reacts to the filters applied
